Trata-se de um sistema gerador de energia elétrica, que se utiliza de ondas eletromagnéticas, geradas por elementos internos ao sistema, levando em consideração a velocidade finita de propagação dessas ondas, de tal modo que a interação eletromagnética entre seus elementos leve a um aumento gradativo da energia total do sistema.
