Patente de invenção da destaladeira com classificador para cebola e alho, o qual, consiste de um dispositivo mecânico com dois conjuntos de hélices axiais (15) (22) de bordas com gumes afiados, um superior e outro inferior, com grade vibratória oscilante (1) e grande oscilante (7) com finalidade de proporcionar atomaticamente e continuamente o corte de talo e das raizes de bulbos de cebolas ou cabeças de alho e de proceder sua classificação por tamanho através de esteiras transportadoras (25) (26) e cilindros classificadores (27) de diâmetro variável com regulagem.
