Patente de Invenção de "BLOCO ESTABILIZADOR DE ESPETO DE CHURRASCO" constituída por peça única maciça com conformação triangular (1), quadrada (2), pentagonal (3) sextavada (4) ou outros, com orifício axial (5) ou corte radial (6) com rebaixo central (7) para inserção de espeto de haste única cilíndrica ou laminar estampada (8), e travado por parafuso sem cabeça (9) em orificio radial rosqueado (10), sendo as paredes laterais de dita peça dotado de cortes transversais (12) para posicionamento nos perfis metálicos (13) da churraqueira, cujo desenvolvimento visa grantir que todas as faces das carnes colocadas na churraqueiras à carvão ou similares sejam devidamente expostas ao calor e assadas.
