"XAROPES PARA USO EM GOMA DE MASCAR CONTENDO SORBITOL, UM AGENTE PLASTIFICANTE E UM AGENTE ANTICRISTALIZAÇÃO ". A presente invenção trata de uma goma de mascar que inclui sorbitol e um método para produção da mesma. A goma de mascar é produzida a partir de uma formulação que inclui uma composição que compreende uma solução de xarope de sorbitol aquoso, um agente plastificante selecionado dentre glicerina, propileno glicol e misturas dos mesmos e um agente anticristalização que compreende alditóis outros que o sorbitol, apresentando um grau de polimerização (DP) de 1 ou 2.
