Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "COMPOSIÇÃO POLIMERIZÁVEL E PROCESSODE POLIMERIZAÇÃO". Composição constituída por (a) diciclopentadieno, sózinho ou em mistura com uma cicloolefina tensionada e por (b) uma quantidade catalítica de composto catiônico bivalente de rutênio ou de ósmio, isento de carbeno, como catalisador monocomponente, o qual contém no mínimo um grupo fosfínico e um total de 2 até 5 ligantes unidos ao átomo metálico, e pelos ânions de ácido necessários para equalização de cargas. As composições são polimerizáveis termicamente (polimerização por metátese) e são apropriadas para a preparação de corpos moldados e de revestimentos.
