Patente de Invenção de "COMPOSIÇÃO DE CARBOIDRATO POLIDISPERSA, PROCESSO APLICADO A UMA SOLUÇÃO DE COMPOSIÇÃO DE CARBOIDRATO POLIDISPERSA, PROCESSO DE PREPARAÇÃO DE UMA COMPOSIÇÃO, COMPOSIÇÃO TENDO UMA ESTRUTURA CREMOSA, COMPOSIÇÃO PELETIZADA E COMPOSIÇÃO FARMACÊUTICA, COSMÉTICA, ALIMENTÍCIA E/OU DE ALIMENTO", composição de carboidrato, polidispersa, fracionada tendo a seguinte definição: um av. DP que é significativamente mais alto do que o av. DP de uma composição de carboidrato polidispersa, nativa, significativamente sem monômeros, dímeros e oligômeros com baixo peso molecular; significativamente sem impurezas, escolhida dentre o grupo consistindo de colorantes, sais, proteínas e ácidos orgânicos; significativamente sem suportes tecnológicos, tais como produtos afetando a solubilidade. A presente invenção se refere também ao processo de preparação da composição de acordo com a invenção.
