Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "PROCESSO PARA A FORMAÇÃO DE UMA ESTRUTURA LAMINADA ABSORVENTE" . A presente invenção utiliza o movimento contínuo suave de uma cinta de cobertura concentrar os materiais absorventes aprisionados por ar sobre a superfície de um substrato fibroso móvel. O fluxo de ar através das áreas abertas da cinta de cobertura conduz o material aprisionado para a faixa fibrosa. A faixa fibrosa atua como um filtro para separar o material aprosionado a partir do fluxo de ar. Substancialmente, todo o material dispensado é capturado pela faixa fibrosa, podendo ser eliminados os sistemas caros e complexos de reciclagem de material absorvente.
