Abstract
Patente de Invenção "PROCESSO E MOLDE PARA A FABRICAÇÃO DE MÓDULO DE VIDRO". Um processo para a fabricação e vidro compreendendo um painel de vidro e juntas capazes de serem usadas em aplicações de vidros automotivos de maneira a preencher, sob baixa pressão, um molde especialmente fabricado, com um composto de poliuretano tendo uma velocidade de reação baixa. O molde (4) é constituído de material plástico e tem uma configuração em forma de anel, em torno da região periférica do painel (6) correspondendo à posição de aplicação da junta. O novo processo permite a fabricação de nova montagem de painel e junta a cistos do que aqueles obtidos com técnicas conhecidas.
