Abstract
Patente de Invenção de "PROCESSO PARA IMOBILIZAR BIOMATERIAL EM UM SUBSTRATO". A fim de se imobilizar biomaterial, tal como enzimas, microorganismos, células, organelas, etc. em um substrato com uma superfície de Si~ 3~N~ 4~ de 10-1000 mm de espessura que é separado de SiH~ 4~/NH~ 3~ por CVD e revestido com grupamentos NH~ x~ ativos para ligação por limpeza da superfície por hidrólise especialmente com ácido diluído. É vantajoso se fazer primeiro o agente de reticulação heterobifuncional reagir com um aldeído que reage com grupamento NH~ 2~, éster, halogeneto, epóxido, imina ou isocianato, e, acoplar-se o mesmo depois da remoção do agente de reticulação excedente que não se ligou, ao biomaterial por meio do gupamento bio-reativo.
