Abstract
Patente de Invenção "PROCESSOS PARA PREPARAR ÁCIDO SACARINOCARBOXÍLICOS E ÉSTERES DE ÁCIDO CARBOXÍLICO E PARA CONTROLAR CRESCIMENTO INDESEJADO DE PLANTA, ÁCIDOS SACARINOCARBOXÍLICOS OU ÉSTERES DO ÁCIDO CARBOXÍLICO E COMPOSIÇÃO HERBICIDA". A invenção se refere a novos ácidos carboxílicos de sacarina herbicidamente eficazes ou ésferes de ácido carboxílico da fórmula (Ia) em que os substituintes são como a seguir: L e M são hidrogênio, alquila C~ 1-C~ 4~, alcóxi C~ 1~-C~ 4~, cloro, ciano, metilsulfonila, nitro ou trifluorometila; Z é hidrogênio, alquiola C~ 1~-C~ 4~, cicloalquila C~ 1~-C~ 4~, cicloalquila C~ 3~-C~ 4~, benzila ou fenila, em que os anéis fenila podem, em cada caso, ser substituído por alquila C~ 1~-C~ 4~, e R e H ou alquila-C~ 1~-C~ 6~, com a condição de que se L e M são hidrogênio, Z não é metila, fenila, hridrogênio ou cátiomn de metal alcalino ou cátion de prata, e também excetuando 4-carboxi-7-metilsacarina e 5-carboxi-4-clorossacarina.
