Abstract
Patente de Invenção "VÁLVULA DE SEGURANÇA PARA ALIVIAR PRESSÃO DE FLUIDO EM UM VASO DE PRESSÃO QUANDO A PRESSÃO ALCANÇA UM VALOR MÁXIMO PREDETERMINADO". Uma válvula de segurança para alívio de excesso de pressão inclui um disco de válvula (30) montado de forma móvel para se movimentar entre uma posição fechada e uma posição aberta, um suporte do disco da válvula (31) ligado com o disco da válvula (30) que tem borda defletora (30B) que circincreve o disco da válvula dotando de uma superfície interna defletora anular divergente para o exterior, um anel de ajuste da válvula (21c) montado sobre o bocal (14) que tem um porção anular interna (21B) dotada de uma superfície defletora exterior troncocônica (21B) substancialmente paralela a e espaçada da superfície defletora do suporte do disco da válvula (31B). O anel de ajuste da válvula inclui uma borda cilíndrica exterior (21A) dotada de aberturas de descarga semi-elíptica espaçadas circunferencialmente e uma superfície interna cilíndrica (21F) substancialmente paralela a e espaçada da superfície cilíndrica exterior (31C) do suporte do disco da válvula (31), e uma mola (44) ligada com o suporte do disco da válvula (31A) para condicionar a válvula fechada. O anel de ajuste de válvula é ajustável para modificar a pressão da válvula.
