Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "EMULSÕES DE ÓLEO EM ÁGUA ANTIBACTERIAIS". Uma emulsão de óleo em água antibacterial para inibição de crescimento de Helicobacter pylori é mostrada. A emulsão de óleo em água da invenção compreende gotículas de uma fase oleosa descontínua dispersas em uma fase contínua. A fase oleosa descontínua contém um carredor de óleo e um glicerol éster selecionado do grupo consistindo em glicerol, monooleato e glicerol monoestearato. A emulsão pode ser positivamente carregada, negativamente carregada ou sem carga. Em uma realização, a emulsão é positivamente carregada e ainda compreende um composto contendo halogênio catiônico tendo uma cadeia C~ 12~-C~ 16~ como um engate de produção de carga positiva. Em um outra realização, a emulsão e negativamente carregada e ainda compreende um agente de produção de carga negativa tendo uma cadeia C~ 12~-C~ 22~. As emulsõoes mostradas podem ser administradas a indivíduos, por exemplos, oralmente, para tratar ou prevenir infecções com Helicobacter pylori.
