Patente de Invenção: "PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAÇÃO DE POLIÉSTERES DE POLIOL TENDO NÍVEIS BAIXOS DE TRIGLICERÍDEOS". É descrito um processo para a preparação de poliésteres de ácido graxo de poliol, tendo níveis de triglicerídeo abaixo de 0,5%. Éesteres de metila tendo um nível de monoflicerídeos abaixo de 500 ppm, um nível não-detectável de di- e triglicerídeo e um nível de glicerina de menis do que cerca de 200 ppm são preparados e então usados em uma reação de transesterificação, livre de solvente, de dois estágios, para preparar os poliésteres de ácido graxo de poliol.
