Abstract
Patente de Invenção "PROTEÍNA, DNA, VETOR, CÉLULA CAPZA DE EXPRESSAR UMA PROTÉINA, KIT E PROCESSO DE TESTE, PREPARADO DE LUCIFERSE E USO DE UMA LUCIFERASE". Proteínas são providas tendo atividade luciferase com maior estabilidade térmica do que as luciferases de tipo selvagem por substituto de glutamato equivalente à de posição 354 de luciferase Pthotinus pyralis ou 356 ou luciferase de Luciola com um aminiácido alternativo, particularmente lisina. DNA, vetores, e células que codificam e expressam as proteínas são também como os kits de teste e reagentes para realizar os testes de luminescência usando as proteínas da invenção. As proteínas preferidas tem um segundo aminoácido substituído na posição equivalente a posição 215 de luciferase de Photinus puralis ou 217 de luciferases de Luciola.
