Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "VACINAS CONTENDO VESÍCULAS DE LIPÍDIO PAUCILAMELASRES COMO ADJUVANTES IMUNOLÓGICOS". A presente invenção caracteriza uma vacina com adjuvante, e processos para preparação de uma vacina com adjuvante, preferivelmente para imunização contra influenza, onde o adjuvante é uma ves#cula de lipídio, e preferivelmente é uma vesícula de lipídio paucilamelar, não-fosfolipído. O antígeno pode ser encapsulado na cavidade central do adjuvante, ou misturado em solução com o adjuvante. Além disso, o adjuvante pode carrear um adjuvante secundário para ainda aperfeiçoar a resposta imuno.
