Abstract
Patente de Invenção "PROCESSO PARA A RACEMIZAÇÃO SUBSTRATO DE PIPERAZINO-2-TERC-BUTIL-CARBOXAMIDA, E, COMPOSTO". Um processo para a recemização de piperazino-2-terc-butil-carboxamina enriquecida ou opticamente pura e de seus derivaods, compreendendo a reação do composto de piperazina, enriquecendo ou opticamente puro, com umagente de recemização selecionado de uma base forte, um sal de metal anidro ou de um ácido carboxílico, em um solvente em uma faixa de temperatira entre a temperatura ambiente e 250°C. Os derivados de de piperazino=carboxamina são intermediários chaves na presença de compostos inibidores da protease de HIV, incluindo o Composto J.
