Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "MÉTODO DE INIBIÇÃO DE INTEGRASE RETROVIRAL". Trata-se de um método de inibição de integrase retroviral em um indivíduo que precisa desse tratamento. O metódo compreende a adminstração, ao indivíduo, de uma quantidade eficaz inibidora de integrase retroviral de um composto de bis-benzimidazol tal como bis [5-amidino-2-benizimidazo-lil[etano, 1,2-bis[5-amidino-2-benzidazolil] eteno ou um seu sal farmaceuticamente aceitável. Também é apresentado um método para o combate de infecçoes retrovirais.
