Patente de Invenção "PROCESSO CONTÍNUO DE SECAGEM DE MALTE VERDE" preve uma primeira etapa de secagem do malte verde, conduzida em um secador de leito fluidizado até uma umidade final dos grãos compreendida entre 18% e 25% BU, sendo então ditos grãos encaminhados a um secador contínuo (de tipo cavalete) até uma umidade final compreendida entre 4% e 7% BU. Ditos secadores são preferencialmente dotados de recirculação do ar secagem.
