Abstract
Patente de Invenção de "PLACA DE REFRIGERAÇÃO DE ESTADO SÓLIDO". Refere-se o objeto da presente patente de invenção a uma placa de refrigeração, de estado sólido, sem partes moveis, que transfere calor de uma placa para a aoutra com a aplicação de uma diferença de potencial elétrico nos terminais (4) e (5). Basicamente é constituída por uma placa superior (1) e uma placa inferior (2), de material cerâmico, com propriedades de isolamento elétrico e de bom condutor térmico, paralelas, entre as quais tem-se pequenas barras de elementos de liga semicondutora (3), ligados em série, sendo os extremos ligados a terminais (4) e (5).
