Trata-se de um pneu de borracha com carcaça reforçada com negro de fumo e banda de rodagem de borracha reforçada quantitativamente com sílica, sendo que a dita banda de rodagem tem um sobrerevestimento fino de borracha que contém uma proporção quantitativa de negro de fumo eletricamente condutor, uma composição de revestimento para ele, e um método de aplicação.
