Constitui-se de uma tábua retangular, de uma porta de fixação e/ou de um tripé, onde a tábua retangular possui 3 presilhas tipo boca de jacaré ou qualquer um outro objeto de tamanho pequeno, que possa fixar o jornal sobre a Bancada, sendo que o suporte de fixação, serve para fixar a tábua de leitura na parede, e o tripé serve para formar a bancada com tábua de leitura que poderá ser transportada para qualquer lugar do ambiente onde será lido jornal.
