Os compostos dessa invenção podem ser representados pela fórmula: onde: R^ 1^é ciano ou H, R^ 2^é alquila ramificado, B é arila ou arila substituída, R^ a^é H ou uma variedade de substituintes e Z forma um anel heterocílico de 5 membros fundido.
