Resumo da Patente de Invenção de "DISPOSITIVO APLICADO NO PREPARO DE ALIMENTO". Dispositivo, constituído por uma grelha moldada em chapa fina, através de processo convencional, formado por corpo nomobloco (1), cujo interior está marcado por uma pluralidade de rasgos passantes ou canais (2) postados paralelamente e interligados por corredores (3) acumuladores de gordura proveniente da carbe assada. O dispositivo em questão é contornado, no seu setor periférico, por uma parede (4) vertical, tal como os rasgos passantes (2), usados para permitir a passagem do calor vindo do carvão em brasa.
