Patente de Invenção de "APERFEIÇOAMENTO INTRODUZIDOS EM PROCESSADORA AUTOMÁTICA DE MOELAS DE AVES". Compreendendo dispositivos para realizar sequência contínua dos processos de separação de vísceras, corte do pró-ventrículo, corte e posicionamento da moela, lavagem e retirada de mucosa, com capacidade para processar 6.500 moelas por hora, utilizando apenas um operador, sendo o corte da moela efetivado por faca rotativa ou disco de corte (27) sendo as moelas fixadas à corrente (19) em uma porção superior para serem cortadas por baixo, tendo este corte regulagem de distância (aproximação/afastamento) que possibilita sua utilização com tamanhos variados de aves e moelas.
