A invenção se refere a tonalizadores eletrostáticos, que encerram um aglutinante polimérico e, como estabilizador de carga, um composto de fenacila da fórmula (I): na qual: o anel A pode ser ciclizado com benzeno e Het representa o grupo carregado positivamente de um heteróciclo, L é alquileno C~ 1~- C~ 8~, R é hidrogênio, alquila C~ 1~- C~ 6~, eventualmente substituída, fenila eventualmente substituída, hidroxi eventualmente substituído ou amino, eventualmente substituído e An significa o equivalente de um ânion, bem como a aplicação dos compostos supra como estabilizadores eletrostáticos.
