Fonte de energia elétrica auto-excitada bioquimicamente ativada compreendendo, no interior de um recipiente (1) para conter um eletrólito (2), um anodo (3) que é revestido com um composto bioquímico (5), um primeiro eletrodo (10), eum segundo eletrodo (11), que são eletricamente separados um do outro e imersos no eletrólito (2). Existe tembém um estimulador elétrico (20) conectado entre o anodo (3) e o primeiro eletrodo (10). A carga (15) de um usuário pode ser conectada entre o segundo eletrodo (11) e o anodo (3).
