Abstract

A composição contém: uma quantidade anti-inflamatória eficaz de piroxicam; uma quantidade de tetrahidroxipropil etilenodiamina suficiente para solubilizar o piroxicam na composição; uma quantidade de alquileno glicol C~ 2~-C~ 6~, ou mistura do mesmo, suficiente para retirar a adesividade e proporcionar humectância; cerca de 0,2% até cerca de 2% de carbômero; cerca de 30% até cerca de 60% de alcanol C~ 2~-C~ 4~; e água até 100%. Pode ser adicionada à composição hidroxipropil celulose.
