Refere-se a presente invenção a um aparelho de ginástica compacto, leve, de baixo custo e de grande eficiência, que possui a função de exercitar os músculos dos pulsos, braços, ombros e caixa toráxica. O dito aparelho é constituido de braços articulados (2) e (3), com uma articulação central (1), manopla rotativas (4), com uma borboleta de ajuste de nível de esforço dos braços articulados (5), e borboletas de ajuste de nível de esforço das manoplas rotativas (6), tendo um movimento articulado das barras (7), e o movimento giratório das manoplas (8).
