"PROCESSO PARA EMITIR UMA MENSAGEM PARA UMA ESTAÇÃO MÓVEL EM UM SISTEMA DE COMUNICAÇÃO CELULAR, E, SISTEMA DE COMUNICAÇÃO CELULAR COM UMA PLURALIDADE DE ESTAÇÕES MÓVEIS E PELO MENOS UMA ESTAÇÃO BASE". É apresentado um processo para transmitir mensagens utilizando um protocolo de enlace de comunicações eficiente. Um quadro no protocolo é dividido em uma pluralidade de seções incluindo uma seção de cabeçalho e uma seção de dados. A seção de cabeçalho contém um campo que indica qual tipo de informações está contido no quadro.
