Abstract
Patente de Invenção: " NUCLEASES DE STAPHYLOCOCCUS RECOMBINANTES E SEU USO NA LIMITAÇÃO DA SOBREVIVÊNCIA DE MICROORGANISMOS ELABORADOS POR ENGENHARIA GENÉTICA ". A sobrevivência de células pode ser limitada por introdução nas células de um gene expressível de modo regulável, cuja expressão resulta na formação de uma nuclease de Staphylococcus aureus truncado e/ou mudado, citoplasmaticamente ativo. A população de células contendo, além deste gene expressível de modo regulavel, um DNA codificando para um produto genético imunologicamente ativo, pesticidamente ativo ou poluente-degradante do meio ambiente, são utilizáveis em composições pesticidamente ativas e composições poluentes-degradantes do meio ambiente, respectivamente.
