Patente de Invenção: "FLUIDOS PARA TRABALHO DE METAL SOLÚVEIS EM ÁGUA". São divulgados novos fluidos para trabalho de metal solúveis em água compreendendo ácido poliaspártico e seus sais úteis como um lubrificante no processo para cortar, arquear, moer e conformar tanto metal ferroso quanto não-ferroso. O ácido poliaspártico e seus sais são particularmente vantajosos pelo fato de que os fluidos podem ser facilmente removidos após o uso sem tratamento especial, porque o ácido poliaspártico e os seus sais são prontamente biodegradáveis.
