Abstract
Patente de Invenção: " COMPOSIÇÃO PULVERIZÁVEL DE LIBERAÇÃO DE UTENSÍLIOS PARA COZINHAR ". A invenção apresenta uma composição de óleo vegetal contendo um agente de liberação de utensílios para cozinhar, tal como lecitina, que é adequada para ser distribuída por um recipiente aerosol. O propelente usado compreende óxido nitroso. O padrão de pulverização de uma composição deste tipo é substancialmente mantido durante toda a vida do produto. Além disso, a composição oferece maior número de porções de aplicação por recipiente em relação aos produtos atuais e satisfaz a legislação voltada para o teor reduzido de compostos orgânicos voláteis.
