Abstract
Patente de Invenção de "PROCESSO E APARELHO PARA A REGENERAÇÃO DE UM ÁCIDO VOLÁTIL", ácidos voláteis contendo impurezas de sal metálico, tais como soluções para decapagem de metal, são gerados por um processo em que o ácido é submetido à destilação de ácido sulfúrico. O vapor de ácido volátil resultante é condensado e reciclado para tanque de banho de ácido, enquanto a mistura de ácido residual é tratada numa unidade de sorção de ácido, preferivelmente do tipo de retardação de ácido. O ácido sorvido na unidade de sorçao de ácido é eluida, periodicamente, com água e reciclada, enquanto as impurezas de metal são rejeitadas numa solução de subproduto desacidificada.
