Abstract
Patente de Invenção de "SOLUÇÃO OFTÁLMICA BASEADA EM DICLOFENACO E TOBRAMICINA E FORMULAÇÃO OFTÁLMICA", dita solução oftálmica compreendendo: (a) o equivalente a 0,001-0,14% do próprio diclofenaco, ou de um isômero, ou um derivado ou um dos sais farmaceuticamente aceitáveis do mesmo; (b) o equivalente a um valor de 0,001-0,45%, obtido da própria tibramicina ou de um isômero, ou de um derivado ou de um dos sais farmaceuticamente aceitáveis da mesma; (c) opcionalmente um agente de solubilização e um agente isotonificante, um agente estabilizador de pH, um agente de viscosidade, um quelante, um agente preservativo e/ou um excipiente para hidrogels farmacêuticos. Aplicação no tratamento de inflamações e/ou infecções oculares e óticas.
