Abstract
Patente de Invenção "PROCESSO PARA INIBIR A POLIMERIZAÇÃO DE UM COMPOSTO AROMÁTICO VINÍLICO". Um processo para inibir a polimerização de substâncias aromáticas vinílicas, tais como estireno, com uma mistura de 3,5-di-t-butil-4-hidróxi-N, N-dimetilbenzil amina e ácidos carboxílicos ou os seus anidridos, na presença de ar ou oxigênio. A relação ponderal dos ditos 3,5-di-t-butil-4-hidróxi-N, N-dimetilbenzil amina, ácido carboxílico (ou anidrido de ácido carboxílico) e o ar é de 1:1 a 0,05:0,05 a 15, respectivamente.
