Descreve-se um dispositivo para a detecção da presença de pessoas em assentos, por exmplo em um veículo, sendo que às pessoas está associada, respectivamente, uma disposição de monitoração elétrica com eletrodos. Os eletrodos são previstos para a exploração do corpo humano, especialmente do Toray, sendo que em um circuito de avaliação é captada, preponderantemente, a respiração.
