Patente de Invenção: "MICROESFERAS DE GASES INSOLÚVEIS ENCAPSULADOS COM PROTEÍNA E SUA PREPARAÇÃO E USO COMO AGENTES DE IMAGEM ULTRASSÔNICA" . Microesferas de gás encapsulados tendo aperfeiçoada resistência a pressão e estabilidade são produzidas por: misturação de uma solução aquosa de uma proteína filmogênica, tal como albumina de soro humano, com um gás insolúvel em água, tal como perfluoropropano, e submissão da mistura a cavitação ultrassônica ou mecânica na ausência de oxigênio em um aparelho que esta fechado para a atmosfera.
