Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "SILÍCIO METALÚRGICO CONTENDO FÓSFORO E DESTINADO À PREPARAÇÃO DE ALQUIL OU ARIL HALOGENOSSILANAS". A invenção tem por objetivo wm silício metalúrgico contendo globalmente de 30 a 180 ppm de fósforo constituído de uma fase cristalina de silício em um teor de fósforo dissolvido compreendido entre 30 a 150 partes por milhão e fases intermetálicas cuja taxa global está compreendida entre, 0,5 e 2%, caracterizado pelo fato de, entre estas fases intermediárias, a fase Si~ 2Ãl~ 2~Ca não representar mais de 0,3% do total da massa de silício metalúrgico. Tal silício é usado na síntese de alquil ou aril halogenossilanos que servem para preparar silicones.
