Abstract
Patente de Invenção:"PROCESSO PARA BRANQUEAMENTO EM MÚLTIPLOS ESTÁGIOS DE POLPA".Uma linha de branqueamento de polpa tem estágio inicial utilizando de branqueamento gasoso sucedido pelos seus estágios subsequentes sem as etapas intervenientes de lavegem ou bombeamento.A polpa é transportadora do estágio inicial através de um misturador no qual a polpa branqueamento e através do estágios inicial através de um misturador no qual a polpa é aquecida e/ou dosada com agentes químicos de branqueamento e através do estágio subsequente pela pressão de gás retida desenvolvida no estágio inicial.Uma parte do gás retido pode ser separada e purgada do misturador através de um dispositivo regulador de pressão para otimizar a pressão para processos que se seguem ao misturador/aquecedor.Isto permiter a eliminação de uma lavadora e bomba normalmente previstas entre o reator inicial e o estágio de branqueamento subsequente.
