Abstract
Patente de Invenção: COMPOSTOS 2 - ALCÓXI - 4 - HIDROZINOPIRIMIDINA E SEU USO NA PREPARAÇÃO DE COMPOSTOS 5 - ALCÓXI - 1,2,4 - TRIAZOL [4,3-C] - PIRIMIDINA - 3(CH) - TIONA". Os compostos 5 - alcóxi -1,2,4 - triazol [4,3-C] - pirimidina - 3(2h) - tiona, foram preparados por ciclização dos compostos 2 - alcóxi - 4 - hidrazino - pirimidina, tal como 2 - etóxi - 5 - flúor - 4 - hidrazinopirimina, com dissulfeto de carbono e peróxido de hidrogênio. A reação pode ser realizada na presença de uma trialquilamina tal como trietilamina, em cujo caso é obtido um sal de trialquilamônio. Os produtos são intermediários úteis na preparação de herbicidas 5 - alcóxi - [1,2,4] triazol [1,5-C] - pirimidina - 2 - sulfonamida.
