Abstract
É descrito um processo para a delignificação de um material lignocelulósico que compreende a exposição do material a uma mistura de um perácido e ozônio. Os perácidos preferidos incluem o ácido de Caro e o ácido peracético. É também descrita uma mistura para delignificação de polpa kraft que compreende, em combinação: (a) água; (b) uma polpa kraft com consistência de 1 a 40%; (c) um perácido; e (d) de 0,1 a 5,0% de ozônio na polpa.
