Abstract

São descritos novos fluoroelastômeros, compreendendo unidades monométricas derivando de bis-olefina tendo a fórmula geral, da Figura (I), em que: R~ 1~, R~ 2~, R~ 3~, R~ 4~, R~ 5~, R~ 6~, iguais ou diferentes entre si, são H ou alquilas C~ 1~-C~ 5~; Z é um radical de alquileno ou cicloalquileno C~ 1~-C~ 18~, linear ou ramificado, contendo opcionalmente átomos de oxigênio, preferivelmente pelo menos parcialmente fluorado, ou um radical (per)fluoro-polioxialquileno. Tais produtos são dotados de processabilidade aperfeiçoada, especialmente durante calandragem da mistura de vulcanização, juntamente com propriedades de trabalho e mecânicas, superiores, durante extrusão e moldagem por injeção, com uma liberação de molde muito boa.
