Patente de Invenção "DISPOSIÇÃO EM ESTRUTURA PIVOTADA EM EMBARCAÇÃO PARA IÇAMENTO E LANÇAMENTO DE REDES DE PESCA NA ÁGUA" que pode girar a 360 graus ao redor da base (1) que é fixada ao convés da embarcação; a coluna (2) é sobreposta livremente pelo tubo (3) provido de luva (4) que contém suportes (5) solidários ao tubo (6) tripartido e montado através de luvas (7) a abas (8) ligadas por tirantes (9) sendo essas e outras abas dotadas de cabos (10) ligados ao suporte (11) do tubo (3), sendo a coluna (2) dotada de um travessão (18) para amarraçao da corda (14) que transpassa uma roldana (13) do tubo (6), para içar a armação (15) em "X" com extremidades contendo esferas (16) para prender a rede.
