Abstract
A presente invenção se refere à produção de uma composição de revestimento em pó tendo partículas de pó onde pelo menos 50% das partículas têm um tamanho entre 3 e 5 mícrons e 100% das partículas têm um tamanho =< 10 mícrons. O processo inclui as etapas de preparação de um extrudado de revestimento em pó, redução do extrudado a floco, moagem por jatos do revestimento em pó até um pó onde pelo menos 50% das partículas têm um tamanho de partícula entre 3 e 5 mícrons e 100% das partículas têm um tamanho menor ou igual a 10 mícrons, e adição do pó a uma mistura de água e tensoativo. Dispersante e agentes de controle da reologia são então adicionados à mistura.
