Abstract

Um processo de produção de uma alfa-olefina que compreende realizar separadamente o desenvolvimento de etileno com trietil alumínio e o desenvolvimento de etileno com tributil alumínio, deslocar o trialquil alumínio superior resultante com etileno, desse modo formando trietil alumínio e uma alfa-olefina, e deslocar pelo menos parte do trietil alumínio resultante com buteno contido na alfa-olefina resultante, desse modo formando tributil alumínio. A presente invenção permite a produção eficaz de alfa-olefinas contendo alfa-olefinas lineares em pureza extremamente alta. As alfa-olefinas encontrarão uso como comonômeros para poliolefinas (cuja demanda está recentemente aumentada) e também como materiais brutos de lubrificantes sintéticos.
