Abstract
Um recipiente plástico é configurado para contenção de fluidos à alta pressão. O recipiente plástico inclui uma porção de corpo tubular genericamente simétrica em torno de um eixo vertical, e uma porção de base unitária com a porção de corpo, e tendo uma pluralidade de pés para sustentação do recipiente na vertical sobre uma superfície horizontal. Na seção transversal, a base do recipiente é definida por uma primeira linha compreendendo uma série de curvas de raio que diminuem seqúencialmente a partir da porção de corpo através do eixo até cada um dos pés. A série de curvas tem centros de curvatura que se alternam entre posições no interior do recipiente e posições no exterior do recipiente.
