Abstract
O sistema de instrumento cirúrgico descrito é particularmente útil para os procedimentos endoscópicos. Na concretização preferida, um aplicador de pinça hemostática pode ser diretamente conectado a uma montagem de gatilho ou indiretamente conectado à montagem de gatilho através do uso de uma extensão. A conexão entre a extensão e o aplicador de pinça é presa para impedir o desengate acidental durante o procedimento. O aplicador recebe uma entrada longitudinal e transfere a entrada para o movimento de componente relativo através do uso de um trem de engrenagens para aplicar as pinças.
