Abstract
Patente de invenção "DISPOSITIVO PARA SACAR E MONTAR ROLAMENTOS EM MANCAIS". Trata-se a presente invenção de um dispositivo desenvolvido com o objetivo de fazer a montagem e a desmontagem de rolamentos de grandes portes em mancais. O dispositivo se constituí das seguintes peças: base(1), garra(2), haste(3), limitador(4), pinos(5)e(6), luva(7), alça(8), ranhura(9), parafuso(10), pé(11), olhal(12) e porcas(13)e(14). Este dispositivo possibilita a montagem e desmontagem de grandes rolamentos completos, de uma só vez, em mancais, com as seguintes vantagens em relação ao sistema anterior: redução do tempo de montagem e desmontagem de 15 minutos para 1 minuto, não considerando o tempo de preparação. Os rolamentos são mais protegidos. Há maior limpeza na operação de desmontagem. Há maior segurança para o pessoal.
