Abstract

O processo e o dispositivo referem-se à realização a partir de uma barbotina de uma peça esboço cru (10) por solidificação, após injeção em um molde à temperatura inferior a 0°C. O molde (1, 2) e as partes móveis (6) do macaco (7) que asseguram seu fechamento são alojados em um compartimento estanque (8). Um distribuidor de gás seco (13) com ponto de orvalho inferior à temperatura do molde emite uma corrente gasosa por orifícios (14). Um conduto (9) conduz o esboço cru (10) em direção a um orifício (11) e um receptor (17) externo ao compartimento. Aplicação à realização de peças calcinadas metálicas ou cerâmicas de alta densidade e elevadas características mecânicas.
