Abstract
Patente de Invenção "SISTEMA DE CONDUÇÃO PARA UM INVERSOR ELÉTRICO", compreendendo MOSFETs (transistores de metal-óxido a efeito de campo) ou IGBTs, dos respectivos braços de um inversor eletrônico que se encontram em série com SCRs ou TRIACs engatilhados, para a condução durante intervalos da condução pretendida, dos respectivos MOSFETs ou IGBTs, conectados ao terminal retificador de alto nível. A condução dos SCRs ou TRACs é efetuada da condução dos MOSFETs, ou com a retração, ou de uma maneira condicional. O circuito elimina a tranciencia efetiva na saída do inversor.
